Letter from the ACT Board
Greetings ACT Patrons and Volunteers!
As noted last month, it is with great excitement to announce the reopening of ACT on September
10, 2021 with an evening open house. We are overjoyed to open up again.
On June 30th the Governor issued EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 21-15. The Governor has rescinded orders that impose mask mandates, capacity limits, expanded capacity limits that depend on vaccine verification, and physical distancing in business and other sectors. All of these emergency orders based restrictions ended.
Based on this we are moving ahead, not only with our reopening, but also a new season and our next administrative/board meetings on July 11th at the theater in the lobby beginning at 5:30.
Mask coverings are a personal choice moving forward. We will continue to incorporate new
cleaning protocols and have hand sanitizer available. Additionally, a Zoom link will also be established for those not ready to be there in person. We do request if you are sick to please stay home. We must continue to be proactive and safe.
We are still in the process of cleaning up our facelift. We ask that anyone attending this meeting please stick to the lobby and not wander through the building at this point for safety reasons. If we are unable to secure the cleanliness of the lobby we will set up our meeting in the small park next to the building.
During this meeting we will vote on the new board members slated for our 2021-2022 season, as well as the new season. You must be paid members to vote in both of these areas and be present in person or the Zoom link. You may pay for your membership prior to the meeting through our website or before the meeting commences.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support. We are forever grateful to our community.
