Broke and down on his luck, Broadway producer Max Bialystock convinces his neurotic and petrified accountant Leo Bloom, to be part of a scheme to produce a theatrical musical flop in order to bilk their little old lady financial backers out of millions of dollars. When their planned bomb explodes into Broadway success, they have to go even further over the top in an effort to stay out of hot water.

Based on comic genius Mel Brooks's hilarious 1968 film, this side-splitting musical won 12 Tony awards including Best Musical, and was re-invented as a movie musical in 2005.
